this little girl

had her second set of shots on Tuesday and did so well! She let out a wail with each needle and then calmed shortly after. That's my little girl. I never mind getting shots as a child. I just hate giving them now as an adult! I always try to hide when comes sign up time for flu clinics LOL. Just kidding.

We also went to our first session of BabyTime (singalong nursery rhymes) at the local library the same morning of her vaccinations. I got eager beaver and also took her to another one on Wednesday at a different library. It was so cute to see her study everything and everyone in the room. Especially during a particular rhyme where all the moms got to walk around in a big circle with baby in arm and then all come towards the middle of the circle so babes can see other babes. Looking forward to next week's session:).

How cute is she? I'm glad she has your toughness. I felt bad when my girls had to get them when they were babies but they were tough too and didn't think of it later on.

She is beautiful. My sons are adults now, but I so miss those days and wish I could go back and do it again. Enjoy your lovely bundle of joy!

Awe sounds like you had a lovely time. I used to teach a program called mother goose at our local library and it was so much fun to see all the babies oogling eachother and the mom's nervously singing and enjoying it. The song that you mentioned in your post sounds like "Shoo Fly", but I imagine that there are many songs that use similar actions. Hmmm brings back good memories. I always enjoy reading your posts.

Loved your post, especially since I work at a library. We call ours "Book Babies". Sad to see that I missed out on the December journal. That's what I get for waiting.
